At Phoenix Fitness, the only thing we do is: One-on-One Training. Your fitness and physical well-being is our only focus! Your workout is individulized, and curated with only you and your goals in mind. We encourage you to come in for a demo session. All we do is: ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING.
Our personal training sessions are either 30 mintues, or one hour. Our most popular pick of our current cleints is the 30 minutes seesion. Whether you choose to work out with us for 30 minutes or one hour, best believe, you are going to have the best workout. The workout will be curated for your and your goals!
We offer pre-paid packages or subscription model so you don't have to choose between your wallet or your health. Our clients who workout with us regularly often choose the subscription model. Either way, you ultimately control how and when you pay. We do not upsell any product or any service. We treat our trainers as trainers not salespeople.
Our Studio is located on Ryders Lane in Milltown, NJ. The Studio is equipped with an extensive inventory of weights, cable-weights, assistive machines, and cardio machines to ensure your workout is as best as it can be. In our 2000 sqft studio, you will find every type of training equipement. You are always welcome to tour The Studio.
Ken is the owner of Phoenix Fitness. With over 25 years of expereince as personal trainer and a physical therapist, Ken has developed unique ways to help each one of his clients with the individual attention they need. Ken is certified personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
With over 20 years of experience as a certified perosnal trainer, Amy is dedicated her work toward inspring her clients into incorporating helathy habits into their lifestyle. Her philosophy on fitness is unique. Amy's dedication to her clients is inspiring. She is also our reident Health Coach!
Ben is our newest trainer to join the team. His dedication to his clients is unmatched! He is passionate about transforming lives through fitness and wellness. His mission is to empower individuals to unlock their full potential, both physically and mentally.
